Download the BT Wi-fi app for free and gain automatic access to over 5 million hotspots in the UK. Customers of BT Broadband and BT Mobile can enjoy unlimited and complimentary BT Wi-fi usage.

In order to use the app, you will need your BT ID. However, you only need to log in once as the app will connect you automatically whenever you are within range of a hotspot.

If you can't remember your username or password, simply visit www.bt.com/password.

Please note that during installation and setup, the app will request access to various permissions. While some may appear unnecessary, they are essential for supporting our diverse customer base and will not affect our general users in any way.

It's important to be aware that certain devices have an 'App Optimisation' feature that may prevent the BT Wi-fi app from connecting automatically to our hotspots. To disable this feature for our app, please refer to your device's instruction guide.
